Attendance and Holidays

School Attendance is Important

It is very important that all children attend school every day and arrive on time. We understand very well that children are unwell from time to time, and you are asked to contact the school office every day that a child is unwell to inform us.

PUNCTUALITY

You must adhere to the start time of your child's school year. We ask that all children arrive on time to ensure a positive start to the day. All children who arrive late must report to the school's main office.  A record of latency is kept as part of our normal register. If a disturbing pattern emerges, the school will send a letter home and contact the School Welfare Officer.  In cases of long periods of unexplained absence, we contact the Welfare Officer and, depending on the situation, that Officer will contact the home.
